We want you to be fully satisfied with your Vissla gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn products. Whether it's a wetsuit fit or an apparel exchange, we are committed to getting you back in the water with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
